A partnership created by Lakestar Properties purchased the Harbor Point development on Lake Ray Hubbard just off I-30 in Garland.
The New Jersey-based investor bought the retail development from Harvest Partners of Dallas.
Harbor Point includes shops and restaurants and is anchored by Bass Pro Shops.
