Hi, my name is Darla and I’m the daughter of the founder of Bootsburgers. My father, Boots Mooney, started this business in the late 60′s out of our house. Eventually built a small building in our back yard. Now it is just big enough for what is needed inside and what is required by the city. Still the best burger around and with so much business some days they have to close early because they run out of meat. If you call to place an order and it is busy or no answer then you know they ran out of meat or are too busy to pick up. It IS a Rockwall tradition!!!
