Evan Matteson tells you more about the Concert by the Lake Series, a free summer music series brought to you by the City of Rockwall. This is an overview page with good content about the developing Harbor Project. This will be a landmark facicity for Rockwall that will bring new businesses and jobs to the Rockwall area. It will also be another location for local residents to enjoy the Lake Ray Hubbard shoreline.
