Evan Matteson tells you more about the neighborhood of Random Oaks at The Shores in Rockwall Texas.  Random Oaks is located north of downtown Rockwall off of SH 205 (right before the SH 205 entrance to The Shores).  There are around 70 homes in Random Oaks.  Quite often misunderstood due to its name, Random Oaks at The Shores is NOT part of The Shores community or HOA, it just happens to be close in proximity.
