Several homes closed last week, 8 to be exact, so that is great news for those buyers and sellers! The market is strong and continuing to become more active. We are seeing multiple offer situations on many properties our clients offer on too!

Great information AGAIN from the trusted Real Estate Blog Experts! That is true about $145-200k range. Can’t keep them. Appreciate you getting the word out that we need that price range inventory. I’m ok with the board by the way, any bigger and we’d block the cool Matteson Mobile! Thanks Evan and Richard!
